Queen Elizabeth II Jubilee Memorial
On October 6th 2006 we unveiled the long awaited Queen Elizabeth II Golden Jubilee Memorial at Preston House Gardens Paignton. The Memorial takes the form of a Maritime Sundial comprising metal sails, ropes and a separate capstan designed by the planning department of Torbay Council. The money for this memorial was raised through private donation and fund raising function.
